Erick is the absolute best, not only in her location, not only in her city or her region but her entire state. Extra Space Storage has a real asset on their hands with Ericka. Who has exceptional problem solving skills, amazing listening to pair with that as well. She is always a delight to see and speak with when I’m on her turf. I hope that whoever is in a position to acknowledge Ericka for her superb customer service and ability to go above in beyond. Especially in a time where good customer service is hard to find. I'm no longer renting here due to constant increase in rent. Friendly staff and this facility is clean but I've had issues with someone releasing themselves(#2) right behind our trailer more than once. It felt a little targeted but I didn't make a big deal we just kindly asked for it to be cleaned up. I've seen ALOT of strange things at this facility. Second issue was the rent kept going up too often and we weren't even there for a year yet. Third issue and very concerning was there has been many times when the gate would stay up for days straight. I pay not only for a space but to feel a sense of security that my trailer will be fine overnight. I had the pleasure of meeting a great neighbor who owns an RV and he helped us with our generator.
