My customer service representative was absolutely awesome. She was patient and kind. I had so many calls at once going on & had trouble using app. She walked me through it all. I think her name was Malina? She was great. Only one problem your sign is not big enough & not properly lit. I had passed it few times. But finally I was able to get it. Hopefully those suggestions will help future renters

It was very easy to rent a storage unit. I like the fact you can text & actually get a human by phone or text. I was hesitant about it not being a fully gated lot that only renters have access to but the area it's in seems to be just fine. Right now only negative is whoever they have doing weed maintenance needs to spray to get it under better control as I am on the end & I saw where the weeds can come thru into my unit. Which means bugs will be coming in too so I sprayed after I swept & cleaned it out before I moved my stuff in. The lady I have spoken to is so nice & answered all my questions!! Very accommodating & great communication!!

I've been a customer for quite a while now, and honestly, it's been an absolutely fantastic experience from day one! Everything from the super easy access to how sparkling clean the place always is just makes it a pleasure to visit. I really appreciate the top-notch security too; it gives me such peace of mind knowing all my belongings are safe and sound. And let's not forget how convenient it is being so centrally located – makes popping over a breeze! I also wanted to give a huge shout-out to your property manager. They've been an absolute dream to work with – always so helpful and a real pleasure to deal with whenever I've had a question or needed anything. And on top of all that, the value is just unbeatable! I still can't believe I found a unit that's half the price of other storage places in the area. It really feels like I hit the jackpot. The process to get a unit couldn't have been easier. The company is remote and they said they have maintenance onsite, but I've never needed them. The price can't be beat and it is 1/2 the cost of the previous storage unit I had before for the same size.
