Poor experience. It was not advertised online that the units are stair access only. This makes the moving carts useless unless you’re on the first floor. In addition, the unit numbers do not match what it shows in the app. When calling customer service, they were unable to provide any help or contact the manager. They requested I lock my items in a unit that may or may not match my assigned unit and wait for tomorrow to see if I get a call. I do not recommend this facility. I drove 40 minutes to just turn around with ask my items. Truck rental wasted, time wasted, and no resolution as only the facility manager can cancel even when the site is falsely advertised by corporate.

PSA You cannot store a vehicle at the 17 Dundee location in Andover MA. Would definitely recommend however management was super accommodating and helpful. I wasn’t able to find the unit i needed but they nicely put me on a notify list in case one popped up. Regretfully I didn’t get the name of the individual who helped me, S/O to you whoever you are!

Great experience when I signed up. Always clean and available. Very friendly staff and a good experience moving out - easy and no questions asked 😀 I definitely will come back here if I need extra space again.

I fully recommend this facility. I had a nightmare of a move from Florida to Massachusetts due to the incompetence of the real estate people in Florida. I had to stay in a hotel with four people and two cats for two weeks. We didn’t close on time and all of our furniture had to be put in storage. Thankfully at this facility the manager was very helpful, honest, and I felt my possessions were safe. I was able to get a moving company to move our stuff today and I was afraid it was too early in the morning because they didn’t open till 9:30 thankfully the manager showed up at 8:00. I would fully recommend this facility. I was well taken care of and I know they will take care of you.
