This is really a first-rate storage facility. The management is particularly solid: Karen and her team are extremely responsive and actually very pleasant to work with. I'm actually quite puzzled how anyone could have had a bad experience here. I use my storage unit primarily to garage a vintage car during the winter, and I have to admit that the finish and cleanliness of the storage unit is superior to the garage that's attached to my home! I've had my storage unit for several months now, and the only complaint so far was that the light inside my unit was flaky ... so the very next day it was replaced with a new and better light fixture. It's hard to beat that sort of customer service.

Dishonest and poor customer service characterize this facility. I was moving out of MA when I signed my end-of-lease form. I had no items remaining in my unit, which I had personally inspected after I hired a professional moving company to remove. I was recently contacted about items remaining in my unit, which is impossible, given the circumstances of my move-out. At the time of my lease completion, I had requested the manager on duty to inspect my unit, but was told that "things should be fine". This facility doesn't use cameras within the hallways of the building or security locks on unrented units. How could management be so sure that I was at fault for leaving those items behind, and that no one else just tossed their trash into my vacant unit? I would urge anyone still using this facility to push management for a move-out inspection, lest you potentially pay a charge for unit clearing. For those still looking for storage: look elsewhere! EDIT: The business has since contacted me about this dispute, and everything was resolved without issue. I was originally contacted by someone who was not regularly managing this property, and did not inspect the items in question to verify if they were actually mine. I feel comfortable recommending this EZ Storage as a regular-use storage facility. However, I still recommend to those moving out to obtain a signed and verified manager's statement upon move-out that their unit has been properly vacated.
