First off, customer service/interaction with Ashley at the front desk was 5-stars. Helpful, patient, responsive... couldn't ask for better. The jump in monthly rent after a couple of months however is what keeps this from being 5-star overall. If they can lock in a reasonable rate for a longer period of time that would be super.

After 2 and a half years renting a unit from Prime Storage, I recently was able to downsize into a smaller unit at considerable monthly savings. The flexibility of different size options is a factor that I discovered is often unavailable at other storage companies. The process was very smooth and efficient. Customer service at the desk or over the phone is very friendly and are eager to meet your needs. Location in central Gloucester is very convenient and the facilities are well maintained including that I had no difficulty accessing my unit over the heavy snow winter.

From my first signing up for a storage space I felt I was well informed about the options I had and how the storage rental works and that the manager Ashley was working to get me the best rate possible. A few days later, I forgot to close my storage unit door and lock it and I was notified of that by the same manager. She let me know that she had closed the door for me. I felt that they are looking out for their customers. The customer service both on my most recent phone call and with Ashley in person was very helpful and informative too.
