Extra Space Storage - 0789 - Haverhill - Ferry Rd

I needed to stow stuff during a move. Was able to secure a unit completely online and use the app to gain access. It is a typical storage place - a labyrinth of bottles of different sizes. There were carts readily available on my floor, and good signage to tell where the units were. When I was done, I moved my stuff up and took off my lock. Within a day, I got a message that my account was closed. I guess removing the lock is the signal? So... very efficient! I wonder, though, what would have happened if I had still needed to come back to the unit and store different stuff? It seems like the renter should have to request to have the account closed.

Sean is the best he helped me with my reservation. I had a terrible experience with a different location and I was ready to leave and take my stuff elsewhere and Sean helped me get situated. I really appreciate the Haverhill location for helping me and changing my mind. Honestly such a good place and good people I’m very grateful

I’ve had my unit for a couple months now. It’s nice and clean at Extra Space, Shawn at the front is so nice! I think the price is reasonable. I recommend it if your in the area.

I absolutely LOVE Extra Space Storage! I’ve used several storage facilities in the area, but ESS is the best when it comes to pricing vs size of storage unit and their customer service is top tier! Sean at the Haverhill location has been incredibly helpful!! He helped me get into the perfect size unit as opposed to other places that had me paying for space I didn’t need and was never gonna use! Thank you!!
