This is my second rental with ExtraSpace since last year. The online interface made it easy to book exactly what I needed plus it included a decent discount. After sign-up, the site manager Debra was always available to answer questions and checked in to make sure I was satisfied. My request for cleanup of the unit was answered promptly. Deb is pleasant to speak with and represents the company well.

This Company should be flagged for predatory pricing tactics. They only offer month to month arrangements and will push through 100-200% price increases within 6-9 months. Conveniently, right after you’ve got all your stuff in there. Avoid at all costs and find a company that offers 1 year commitments with 3-5% annual increases.

Working with the Kingston location has been a great experience the last 6 months. When I went this past summer to arrange storage I was helped by the manager, Deb. She was friendly and knowledgeable providing great service. She quickly and efficiently got me set up. The day before I finished moving out of my house I needed an additional unit and she again was super helpful making the experience simple. Over the last few months she has been great with any questions and has made experience easy. It’s great when businesses have the right people especially these days when customer service has been lacking.
