This place changed owners a few years ago and everyone was heartbroken. The new owners came in and jacked up the prices. I guess that is part of change and the American way! Anyways, you had a building full of angry people and not being treated like they were used to. Fast forward a year or so and they hired this lady to run the place. Her name is Sonya. Before she started running the joint, OMG, It was not a good vibe. She comes in and changed the culture. She treats people good and fair and respectfully. She is very professional. Im not sure why they didn't bring her when they first purchased the place? Whoever owns the place dropped the ball on that one!!! But atleast she's there now and cleaned up the mess corporate caused. Its a little like the old place when shes there. Shes not a push over either so dont go in there with an attitude and put your problems on her. Shes just trying to do her job. Im not really sure how she hasnt been promoted but we all know corporations are not very bright!!! Lmao!!! If Sonya wasn't there or leaves, you gonna see a mass migration!!! Shes personally helped me and many others. A true diamond in the rough. As for the building, its a storage unit. What do you expect, Ceasars Palace?

Sonia was very pleasant to deal with. She helped me in so many ways. Big smile every time I interact with her. She is always cleaning and organizing stuff when I come in.

I would definitely come again, Sonia looked out for me she’s such a great worker. i definitely think she deserves a raise. gonna always come back 10/10.

Stopped went by Extra Space Storage today and the service was outstanding. Sonia Whitson was friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy. She truly went the extra mile and made the whole experience excellent. Highly recommend.

I was so happy with Sonia’s customer service! She’s been so helpful to me throughout the whole transition into extra space, her kindness and people skills and knowledge of the facility are top notch!!
