Keyla at the Norwood location always exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me during a last minute request regarding a personal move from her location across the country. She was polite and understanding, walked me through the entire process, and made the experience easy despite there being lots of logistics to plan on my end. I could tell she takes pride in her work and really helped me out when I was trying to figure everything out. I would give rating of 10000 stars if possible. She was amazing!!!

The facility is nice, clean, well-located and the internet pricing I found to be reasonable. Security standards also seem to be acceptable. The manager, Keyla is the real G.O.A.T. though. SOOO nice, so genuine, and so willing to help. She made the experience...five stars.
