I have worked with other Extra Space Storage units before and have had a great experience so far. This location is great, quiet, clean and temperature-controlled. Thomas, the manager, has been friendly, helpful, professional and gave lots of good suggestions from the start and I chose this location partly because of that. Today I had an amazing experience at ExtraSpace storage. Thomas and Francis were super helpful and knowledgeable, I was looking to switch from one space to another, and they made it super easy for me. Staff have been informative and have worked with me when I’ve had questions and financial constraints. The layout is complicated, and I was given step-by-step directions and a hand-drawn map to help me find my units. They’ve also been flexible with me on payment timing and move-out scheduling.

Clean, dry, and temp controlled storage at affordable rates. Convenient location for most parts of central Cambridge/boston. Well secured facility. Drive way may be narrow for large moving trucks, and there is no loading dock. Ramps and carts are available for use. Manager Louis is friendly, professional, and helpful.
