My experience with Francisco has always been a pleasure. He truly goes above and beyond to take care of my needs, and his customer service is consistently top tier. I’ve worked with him at both the Extra Space Storage location here and the St. James location, and he is always helpful, professional, and courteous. The only downside is that the prices at this location are pretty steep for very small units. That said, the customer service Francisco provides makes a big difference and is the reason I continue to choose Extra Space Storage. Thank you, Francisco!

While helping my grandson move out of his house after graduation from UMASS, we decided to store a few large items that wouldn't fit in our cars. He made arrangements that day quickly with Extra Space in Springfield and within 5 hrs we were there and everything was moved in. The facility appears to be brand new and was very clean, well-lit and easy to find. Third floor was no problem as there were large elevators and sizeable carts. Staff persons who we dealt with by phone were very helpful. This experience completely changed my impression of "storage units". I hope there are Extra Space facilities in CT if I ever need one!
