I had to make a last-minute move and as times before have always relied on Extra Space Storage. This rental was no different. It was actually more than I could have expected. My interaction with Keyla the store manager was very pleasant. Her professionalism and attention to detail was something I hadn’t seen in a very long time. The facility is spotless! Down to the bathrooms 😉 This is the first time I’ve ever seen a storage unit that also caters to those who may need wheelchair access. Well, I know there may be several Extra Space Storage locations in the area. Should I ever need a unit again? I’m going right back to 1204 Washington St. in Stoughton and asking for Kayla.

This facility is awesome; I’ve had my unit there for 10 years. It’s very clean and it’s maintained very well. The manager, Jerusa, is super helpful, kind, and friendly. She takes the time to answer questions as well as being knowledgeable about the storage process. She’s an invaluable asset to this place; please appreciate her the way I and other customers do.
