I rented a unit from Compass online- the employee working then called me to let me know to come before 6 pm to finish setting up my account. When I got there the doors were locked and I could not figure out how to get in to complete the tasks. Finally someone came out and helped me. Fast forward 3 days- I am ready to move everything into my unit, I got a lock and get there at 5:20 p.m. I use the access code to get in, and there is a lock on my unit for which I do not have a key. No problem, office says they are there until 6. Well, noone is working all lights are off and door is locked. To say I was upset is an understatement. I caller multiple times to no prevail and ended up getting a unit elsewhere. I had already packed an entire truck, it was extremely poor experience. The place itself is not well care for and I just wasted $50 for a unit I couldn’t access because employees left early.
