I will try my hardest to make this short, but I want to start by saying walking through the doors on a whim to look around and ask a couple questions after viewing the website the night before I stopped in, the employees working were very welcoming! A couple yrs ago I had to rent a storage unit in New Bedford (different co) and all was well, the place was purchased by a bigger company a few months later and I was emailed about an increase on rent and was “forced” to have insurance too! Now I’m paying almost triple what I was originally when I rented the unit. I completely understand the yearly price increase, so it is what it is. But a couple yrs later and paying almost 300 for a 5x10 at the place in New Bedford is starting to bother me. Now I drive by this storage facility in wareham daily on my way to work. After I paid my rent for my original unit in new b, I decided to check out the website for this facility to get an idea if it would be worth it to move my belongings. I quickly realized it’s worth it to stop by and check it out. I believe the woman who helped me her name started with a B, Barbra (I believe) She gave me the info I needed, showed me the same size unit that I already have at another place and offered to reserve it so I could think on if I wanted to move my stuff or not. After she showed me around with my kids we went back down stairs and they unfortunately/fortunately had one unit left of the 5x10 so instead of reserving it (because I procrastinate) so I could think about what I wanted to do I proceeded with renting the unit at the facility in wareham!! I can’t predict the future, but going forward I can’t imagine having any troubles with anything, but the employees seem genuine and that they are there to actually help!! I know this facility is brand new, but if someone is needing a unit and unsure about where to go, as of right now I’d most definitely recommend this place and if you have any questions Barbra was a great help to me and it was a pleasure getting/seeing great customer service skills! If my opinion happens to change for my rental duration I will do my best to come back here and edit if necessary!

Tyler, the manager super helpful, super friendly Showed me around and explain some stuff to me Great storage unit Temperature controlled has a bubbler and bathroom Only downfall is The units do not have an overhead light inside the unit. I recommend getting yourself some button push lights or a tall Battery operated lamp.
