My 26 year old and wife stored expensive personal belongings this winter and almost everything is soaked wet, moldy hazardous and ruined. They are processing a claim and insurance company only covers up to $2K depend on "where" the leak came from. That's some serious crap.

We just accessed our unit today March 10th and everything in our unit is soaked and mold damaged, all our boxes destroyed and water inside and on our totes, anything stored for our kids gone, Pokemon cards from when I was a kid water damaged, 1,000s of dollars worth of things and priceless memories destroyed, I’m lost for words rn, I need IMMIDIATE ACTION and I may chose to delete my review this is unacceptable, things can get cold not WET AND MOLDY.
