Staff is awesome! Renee, did a great job in helping close my account and also being so kind to remove a broken appliance i left behind.(not a normal action for the company itself, just Renee being a great human being :-)) The unit itself had a broken gate that consistently needed a staff to help adjust during my 3 or so years there. The Main gate to the facility is also broken (been that way over 4 months or so) leaving it free-range for anyone to enter as they please, tenant or not(my items no longer felt safe there) The company PRICES are ridiculous, and they keep going UP and UP. Dramatically too! Not feasible for someone budgeting, in a bind or crisis and in need storage. If you HAVE to stay here only do so a month and FIND ALTERNATIVE STORAGE. I would not recommend this company for long term lease. But the staff is fantastic, very kind, very helpful, and very understanding, dont let the company reflect the staff. They are just trying to get by and doing a great job! Images of the broken gate only opening half way. Needing staff assistance. Not once, not twice, multiple times. But again the staff was superb and helpful. Kind hearted people working there.

Extra space business of getting clients in and then raising their storage prices is alittle miss leading and clients that are long term renters should be treated with a little more empathy and respect, but overall staff and space are excellent.
