It’s OKay

The web site said you had carts. But this location doesn’t. Was not happy to have to carry my boxes a long distance to my unite. The hall way is very dark. I had an issue with the person who called me not being at the facility for our appt.

Excellent, friendly, accommodating customer service. Clean. Great value

Ended up renting a larger space due the exceptional value. Clean grounds. It's a plus that everything can be done/accessed through the app, even the gate. I would have given 5 stars, but there were no hand carts available. Be sure to bring a dolly or cart to assist with moving in/out
