Wanted to see if I could move to a smaller cheaper unit and was fortunate to be able to Transfer units today with no issues. I was assisted by Michael at the Ferndale Michigan location who was very helpful with getting me into my new unit and getting a trolley to transfer my items. I plan on storing my items for 12+ months and it’s good to know that people here are so helpful. Would highly recommend this location!

This location on Wanda Street is great. They go the extra mile to maintain the doors and make sure the facility is secure. The lights are always working and they are motion activated, which is nice. They had two very friendly staff people on site that allowed me to switch to a bigger unit, because I had done it in the allowed timeframe, and they made the process seamless. I’m very happy with the customer service that I’ve received here and with the facility.
