I have used Boxer Storage for several years now, and I've always felt like my belongings were in good hands. The building and all of the units are locked each and every day, and there's cameras everywhere to help keep things secure. The process and instructions for moving belongings in and out of the building are clear, and I've never had any issues with any of the staff members. Thank you Boxer Storage for letting me keep my things in your building, it's been a big help for me.

I was referred to this location from a friend who researched the entire area and assured me this was the best storage facility for a variety of reasons- and she was so right. The flexible hours, quick registration, and affordable rates were so helpful to me in the midst of a very stressful moving period. Diana provided a level of customer care that I haven’t experienced in awhile! She’s exceptional! She went out of her to way to stand out in the heat to help me and was so polite and charming (even when working in the evening on a Saturday). She truly made the entire process so much better. If you need a place to store your items, this is the best you’ll find!

I've been with boxer for years and have always been very satisfied. They bill my credit card automatically, they keep a key so I don't have to worry about losing it, and it was very affordable... at the beginning. However, the price keeps going up, and I just went in to retrieve some items and was told "I aint got no keys for no one". After some discussion, they were able to find my key and told me I had to take it with me, they no longer keep keys. BUT, the troubling part, they gave me my key without checking ID, AND gave me someone else's key just by giving them a name of a friend who I know has a storage unit there. NOT impressed with the safety of my items. Very disappointed. increased price with decreased service and decreased security!
