Pretty decent, its my first storage unit experiance but I find that its a good place and valuefor what I need it for, I didn't give 5 stars because I had to walk up and down each row in the place picking up rusty screws and nails that have the potential to take out a tire and kill me when im doing 90 mph or 20 phone down a highway or 28th st. And my tire goes out because a rusty nail has found its way into my 400$ tire on my Harley Road king. You should sweep that shit with a magnet like roofers use from time to time.

Very friendly customer service! I purchased a unit online and was not sure where to go. The manager assisted me through the whole process and ensured that I had the best unit for my situation. Access is extremely easy with the one touch "open" option on the app. Highly recommend this storage facility.

I rented a unit at the 28th Street location for 8 months. During that time, the staff there were incredibly kind and helped me multiple times with either clearing out snow infront of my unit or helping me with the storage door (that I had accidentally pushed off the track-oops) or even helping me open my unit door when semi frozen shut. They were proficient, professional and super helpful in answering any questions I had about closing my unit and payment. I used their app, which allows you digital access to enter the property, which was HUGE because Im terrible at remembering my code. Thank you for the great experience!

Would highly recommend. This facility had better rates than U-Haul and other places that I checked that didn’t offer the amenities like drive-up access and extended hours of operation. The person who I spoke to over the phone was really professional. Darus? Darius? Not sure but he explained everything to me better than the website did and he made sure the promotions that I had seen online and read to him were noted in my account before I did my lease agreement online. I appreciated him for remembering me from calling earlier and for helping me get setup. Moving has been awful but this part actually wasn’t bad at all. Just wouldn’t recommend someone buy your lock from them. They are cheaper at the store.
