He even was able to get me a better deal than what I had initially reserved. I was set up with everything I needed before I ended the call. Overall great experience so far!

I contacted Extra Space Storage because of the reviews I read and the location. I stopped by and was greeted by Karl ,he answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the storage unit I was interested in. I appreciated his professionalism and courtesy and having such a clean and organized facility.

I switched to this place for storage a few months ago under a promotional rate. I was told multiple times by the manager that I could prepay up to 6 months to lock in the rate. I specifically asked if I needed to do this monthly or if I would be notified of the increase. She said that I would get a notification and be able to prepay before my next bill was paid. I received the notification a couple of weeks ago with my next bill due in a couple of weeks. I called and the new manager said that I cannot prepay unless it's before the notification. I can no longer speak with the manager who gave me the info, because this person is the new manager (convenient). This is another case of a company not caring about their customer. Good luck lying to people and getting them to stick around. I'll change my review if you stick to the words of your previous manager that got me to be a customer in the first place.

Extra space storage is the best! From start to finish everyone was incredibly helpful! Thank you to princess at the front desk for all the help when I arrived! Definitely would recommend!!
