Extra Space Storage is a top notch storage facility! We rented a unit for the interim between moves, and are so impressed with not only the storage locker and how clean & tidy the building is, but also the excellent customer service provided by Troy and Brad. Loved the climate controlled interior, the warehouse carts to haul our belongings, the padded elevator sized to easily fit a king size mattress or long couch, and the access to interior space to load/unload belongings out of vehicle. The personal access code and locks provided an extra measure of security - and the facility was well lit and had clear signage. All around excellent experience!!!

My goodness Alex and Ryan were so helpful! The store is so clean and they helped me find just the right size for my storage needs. The packing supplies were also very reasonably priced!

I started renting my storage unit after my mom passed. The people who work here are so kind and willing to help! It’s been a while since I’ve moved anything in or out and I forgot my unit number and my passcode. The guy in the office helped me out, was very friendly, and didn’t make me feel like an idiot.

Not great people to give your money to. If you enjoy 30% rate increases every 6 months with no heads up and constantly being on the phone with them then this place is for you. They charge too much for what it is. Not designed for long term renting

I was asked to set up a payment through my bank OR my card and I was told that there wasn't exactly a preference so long as there is always money in the account it takes from. There was always money in the account and always has been for this. (I had to go this route because I moved and didn't have any cards at the time.) Someone kind named Princess on the staff caught that I was given an unrightful late fee on my past payment although there WAS money, AFTER I'd spoken with someone else a while back about how they didn't care if we did card of account. I was able to track every statement and see there was always well more than enough for payment. They claim there wasn't enough on my end regardless. When I called back to check on it (a day after they STILL got their money + extra for "late") the person who's set up the payments months ago blames ME and said he wouldn't have given the grace that his colleague did. Very okay with patronizing me in the process. Even after always getting perfect on time payments and explaining it's not my fault and I don't see where it could. So what I'm sharing here is the facility is nice, clean, accessible, spacious-- but try your best to NOT contact management if you can and always do card payments instead of bank payments if you can. EDIT: Reducing from 3 stars to ONE. After the issue was "resolved" where I was blamed in the end by management, I WAS THE ONE who called and contacted and updated with a card (as they preferred) and my payment went through on the 6th. It is now the 12th. AFTER providing my information and there is WRONGFULLY a delinquent lock on my storage. It is Sunday and there is no one here to help me. I will be contacting management tomorrow about the lock AND the treatment of staff. My issue is not that you're closed on Sunday. It's that you received the payment on the SIXTH and there is, for some reason, a delinquent lock on my storage SIX. DAYS. LATER. You will be contacted tomorrow.
