Extra Space Storage is a top notch storage facility! We rented a unit for the interim between moves, and are so impressed with not only the storage locker and how clean & tidy the building is, but also the excellent customer service provided by Troy and Brad. Loved the climate controlled interior, the warehouse carts to haul our belongings, the padded elevator sized to easily fit a king size mattress or long couch, and the access to interior space to load/unload belongings out of vehicle. The personal access code and locks provided an extra measure of security - and the facility was well lit and had clear signage. All around excellent experience!!!

Very happy with my experience at Extra Space Storage so far. I recently needed to rent a second unit, & Troy tried to save me money by combining into a larger unit. Even though it wasn't possible for my circumstances, I appreciated the transparency very much. I'm also appreciative of their compassion. I recently experienced a traumatic loss of my three fur babies & apartment at the same time, which is why I'm requiring the storage units. They have been very compassionate & understanding. The facility is vast but organized well. Quite creepy when you're there alone at night, but that's a little to be expected. They have a loading zone that you can back up to & carts for moving items to units as well as a spacious elevator. Units have a seal at the base of the door to prevent unwanted critters or water from entering. The facility is freakishly clean, so I doubt that would ever be an issue, but it's a thorough precaution they take which I appreciate. Picture of is one of my 10 ft x 10 ft units.

Not great people to give your money to. If you enjoy 30% rate increases every 6 months with no heads up and constantly being on the phone with them then this place is for you. They charge too much for what it is. Not designed for long term renting
