Outstanding Service, Location & Team! I’ve been so impressed with the team here, especially Alex and Amber. From the very start, they’ve been welcoming, attentive, and professional. Both of them go above and beyond to make things smooth, whether it’s answering questions, helping with access, or just being available with a friendly word when moving can be stressful. The units here are clean, and walkways well lit & open! Moving carts readily available and great parking lots When I left, on my last day in Grand Rapids before moving for example, Alex was quick to reassure me about a move-out situation, which made all the difference in keeping things stress-free. Amber has also been consistently kind and helpful every time I’ve been in. It’s great to find a storage facility where the people make you feel genuinely cared for — Alex and Amber do exactly that. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Incredibly easy and fast to rent. I'm useless on the computer and the lady at the broadway location took care of everything over the phone, awesome service,friendly and helpful. I owe her a beer. Definitely would recommend.
