It was a great experience until the very end. I cleaned out my unit and removed my lock. I even went through the shop vac and cleaned every little thing out of there. Only to get a call the next day, accusing me of leaving a bottle of urine behind. I’m pretty offended. Honestly I was not sure how to respond, except to let them know that there was a gentleman a couple units down while I was there at night doing something in his unit as well. I’ve never once peed in a bottle and left it for someone to find. I am an adult. I hope the woman who left that Voicemail has a much better day than the morning she was having when she decided to leave me that message.
