Convenience with gate hours and friendly service. Had the storage I needed which was great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that I was charged the full cost of a month which was about $300 when I only used 2/3 of the month. I should have been refunded a prorated amount. No different than when you get the unit if it’s the middle of the month you get prorated for the part of the month you are using. Buyer beware “read the fine print” $100 is lot loose these days.

Clean, conveniently-located and reasonably-priced. The staff was super helpful and friendly, to boot, not just to secure a storage unit, but also to rent the U-Haul to get my stuff there. Glad I found this place!

I've had my RV site for a week now and so far so good. Tammy and Heidi were easy to work with and they even made follow-up phone calls to me before I signed up, and I even feel better that the owner (Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, the majority owner?) is watching these reviews, that's very important, too.
