We store a vehicle here. They've done a great job of keeping the place clean and secure and fulfilling their end of the contract. Our only complaint is that the rental price keeps going up. In 2021 we were paying $156 per month for a vehicle space. Today it's $233 per month. That's a 67% increase in 5 years. I haven't investigated other options yet. But I recommend that potential users comparison shop. This facility has changed hands three times since we started renting. You should also ask how long the facility has been owned by the current company.

If you're looking for storage, you don't have to look any further in the Lansing area. Cube smart Self Storage 24/7 customer service. They really answer the phone 24/7 (Even on a major holiday- 4 of July) 🇺🇸 Not only that, they are so incredibly professional. Moving can be stressful and each time I called every single representative I spoke with went above and beyond was extremely understanding and efficient in in helping me. When I realized they were going to be there for me no matter what I just relaxed I didn't worry anymore about anything going wrong . This is an incredible company. I went to the website rented a unit. Got the entry codes by email all in under 10 minutes. I didn't have to go into an office or talk with anyone. It was all taken care of and any questions I had. I just called the customer service. Last thing, 😀 the facilities are clean, well maintained and well lit! Renting a last minute storage unit on a major holiday could have gone so horribly wrong... I went to inquire about pricing Melanie went above and beyond with her professionalism and was so polite. Unfortunately my plans changed last minute and no longer needed the unit. However in the future I will definitely be back. Customer service is really important if giving them my business.

The manager there, Alicia, is the kindest most helpful person I’ve ever. She personally helped me every step of the way. She even helped me move all my things into my unit. I’m definitely gonna be a customer for life. 5 stars ain’t enough.
