The remote service was strange, kind of cool. Adam was a great help and a pleasure to speak with. I got more than I was hoping for. After two months of storing my items, I only have two complaints. The Bluetooth lock provided, sucks! My outside storage unit had the lock directly under a leaking gutter (it dripped when it hadn’t rained!) struggling to get the stupid lock open while getting dripped on wasn’t good. I was concerned the dripping water was going to get inside the storage unit, but it never did.

This was my first storage usage experience. I opened acct at a very reasonable rate $23 mth (the associate said it was regular rate and not a promo rate) I was reluctant because it was on second floor having to use stairs because the elevator wasn't working. but the price was an enticing value. (I'm 60+ years old female). About 6 months later, the company raised my rate $9 more monthly. The value decreased for me because the very small space (5×5) I have is increased $108 more annually. If it increases any more, I will close acct. On the positive , it is a dry clean room, well lit and a good clean location and easy access during regular hours. The staff was helpful upon opening acct, it was pleasant phone service and took a few calls to totally set up. Update: I called to resolve issue of elevator not being usable for moving items and pricing.The answer was no time estimate for elevator to be up and running, it's has been 24 mths now. Thought it would be done by now, as I have bikes to move by stairway "only" for this summer. Bummer! Of course, no resolve on pricing either. I walked it out and now I must find another solution to meet my needs. However, associate Adam was friendly. I continued to pay monthly and experienced another increase notice for next payment. I went from $23 ($276 annual) to $32 ($384 annual) and next payment increase is $41 ($492 annual) Still, elevator in back is not working. No missing and no late payments, I ended by closing acct today. The company is good, just need to prioritize the importance of clients easy movement of heavy items and flat beds from second floor. Fix the elevator!

Absolutely exceptional customer service from Jack Day... super friendly and professional. Definitely made me feel like a valued customer for my first time signing up! He was able to accommodate my needs and it wasnt a fight or difficult to reach anyone. The location is perfect, and the facility is clean! I've used other facilities and National is the best so far!

update 5 months ago I signed up here, Got an email to stop in with id bit there is no office that I can find and no employees even though it is office hours. original review had a comment from a manager or someone asking me to call no one ever answered. There is a 2 months free promo and only ever got one month. emails send no reply. now i am trying to set up my move out date and the website isn't working. i will probably have to do a charge back. Update 2 now Feb 23, 2023 Had to charge my credit card to stop getting charged, they never processed my move out. Update 3 (I am late on this) HR and upper management contacted me about this. They apologized said they were gonna look into the matter so it wouldn't happen in the future and got a refund of one month (which I had been over charged for) resolution was acceptable to have the madness end. I just hope one else else goes through this. I hope more positive reviews will come out of this ordeal.
