The person plowing snow piled five feet of snow directly in front of our unit, so we cannot access our unit. I called the property manager and he told me our lease says we are responsible for shoveling in front of our unit door. He offered to send me a copy of the lease. They will not remove the mountain of snow piled in front of our unit. We can’t access the storage unit we pay for until the snow melts. I have never heard of anything so stupid! There are plenty of storage facilities in the area. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent from The Storage Mall.

New ownership is really bad. This place is not what it used to be. The security gate is no longer working so anyone can come in or out at any time, day or night. They took over and raised the rates but now there's unsecured units with possible squatters in them. Garbage laying around. Look elsewhere if security is important to you.

Terrible customer service and no contact. The facility is great, but management is terrible. I’ve called 15 times, left 6 voicemails, and even sent 4 emails over a reasonable time of 2 months with concerns about my unit and upgrading. Not one contact besides the automated email saying my email was received. Terrible to pay 150$ a month and be ignored. Used to have a great management company before they switched. 1/5 stars

I thought it was a pretty good place until I moved out. I moved out 1/31/24 and tried to use the on line move out and forgot my password and by the time I got into the website it was 00:08 on Feb 1st, 2024. I had a difficult time using the move out on the website and the 2nd unit i have-I say have because I haven't been able to move out. I tried to call the phone number and it rings and rings. I don't get an answering machine or voicemail. Every day since 2/1/24 someone has sent me an email stating my rent is past due. I reply to each email with my issue about being unable to move out. They must be out their minds if they think I am going to pay for an empty storage unit, which they can easily review camera footage-thats if they really have working cameras, and see i have been moved out since 1/31/24, and the website is faulty and I know the did have an answering machine before because I called and left a message before when the gate gotten stuck open again.

My unit has ample space for all of my belongings, at a reasonable price and are very clean !
