Fast and easy start up process! Milo called me to introduce himself and welcome me, his Office gal also called me the day of my reservation and confirmed my arrival. Climate controlled area was clean and trolly cart was available for easy unloading and loading process! 10/10 Highly recommend

The Milan office staff was great and very helpful! When I call the main office that was not on location, I was happy with their help however, it would have been nice to know about the protection plan that is required. I am happy to pay it, but I don’t like being blindsided with hidden fees.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Unit was not what they told us online though. One unit is only 9.5x20. And one of 10x19.5. also the one unit was to have a wall taken out, but it was still there when we showed up. Process are good though so we did take the units.

I am updating my review due to what I estimate to be a 40%-50% price increase. My unit was something like $45-$50 a few months ago and now it is about $70. This is the second price increase in less than six months. It's totally unacceptable and it's wild that they can get away with it. It's not about the increase as much as it is the dishonesty and greed. This is a consequence of late stage capitalism. We have few options and the only "good" ones can do whatever they like to do to you with impunity. PREVIOUS REVIEW - - - Solid pricing and really professional process to get setup. I can't remember who I talked to, but it was a young woman at the front desk who helped me. She was fantastic. Five stars all around.

I had a problem the weekend I first rented the cube, but promptly today I was assured the problem with my code had been resolved. I haven't been there to check it out, but I'm confident it will be fine.
