I recently rented a storage unit at Prime Storage in Monroe (in the old Kmart building), and I couldn't be happier. This place is clean and new and the building is clean, secure, and very well maintained, making the moving process easy. ​Leann gave us outstanding service. She was very kind, and helpful from the moment I walked in. Leann patiently walked me through the different unit sizes, explaineing the leasing terms clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. If you're looking for a storage place in Monroe I recommend Prime Storage and definitely ask for Leann! Thank you Prime Storage.

Edit: Get bigger carts please! These current ones are a joke. Something like these would make a world's difference! I'd love to change this review because other than this the units are nice and well maintained. They got the bigger carts!! Definitely helped a lot. Thanks for that. Much appreciated. Although they did raise my "rent" by almost double when they had told when signing up that it wouldn't go up and said there was nothing they could do when I did come in to ask about it and said they sent out a notice. Ok experience overall. Good but expect your prices to change.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Prime Storage! I’ve had such a good experience with Prime Storage. The staff has been super nice and helpful every time I’ve needed something. The place is always clean and feels really secure, which gives me peace of mind knowing my stuff is safe. The prices are fair, and getting set up was quick and easy. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable storage place!
