I had a very good experience with Devon Self Storage in Okemos. The staff was professional, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. The facility is clean, well maintained, and feels secure. The rental process was simple and everything was explained clearly. Its seems there is always an extra charge not mentioned in the quote written quote. Transferring from larger to smaller unit was suppose to be free month then $68.00. No mention of $30.00 admin fee or that the $18.00 forced insurance was not part of the Free month. It was not mentioned until after the move. So free month ended up being a $53.00 charge and almost was charged an extra day but I caught the error. I just like to know the full amount without surprises.
