Tracy was there and made the sale to us. There was a few things that I really did not like one of them being she showed us a unit that wasn’t even the size we were getting. She just didn’t wanna walk that far or drive that far to show us the correct one I thought that was very Weird and the biggest thing that really pissed me off was we paid for a lock the day we bought the unit and we drove all the way from Roseville to get there to find out that they did not leave a lock for us so we had to go and leave And buy one that added a whole hour to our trip and the last thing was me and Tracy went over all of the numbers and what I would be getting charged this month and next month and the number that we got is not the number that public Storage app is telling us we owe so now I have to call and figure that out with the manager as well . I started off writing a good review for her until these things happened and I feel it is necessary to share this because it was just ridiculous and a huge headache.

Units are in decent shape and price is very competitive. I have multiple units and they are convenient. Perhaps there's a new manager here, as this is only becoming an issue recently, but there is never anyone available in the office. I have been there 3 times just this week, with no one responding to the doorbell or knocks. I'm there during business hours. Today, another person was waiting for 45 minutes. He noted that he had scheduled an appointment and yet still no one was available. So he's been in the parking lot waiting. Service really needs to get better. It's enough for me to move to another storage company.

Will add photos shortly. Newer facility and constant issues. Most recent being a flood due to a “heater” going out. They knew it was going to be below zero and they still to make sure everything was good. Most likely the property manager was cheap and didn’t turn the heat up. Thousands of dollars in damage to most of floor level people here

So happy to have found reasonably priced storage that is clean and easily accessible. Jodie, the property manager, was so helpful in the process! I wanted to see the unit beforehand and she was very accommodating. She definitely does a great job running the place! I appreciate good service.
