Overall great experience to the bottom.

From start to finish I felt comfortable and relieved to get a unit close to where I live at a good price, and speaking with Presley on the phone, who helped me finish the process online, on the phone, and getting the unit set up, as well as the access code, which was beyond convenient for me due to my vehicle situation. She also was very nice, and patient to give me time to send other information she needed like a copy of my license, and insurance information which I gave her a few days late. I give that a plus for Гўв‚¬Е“ great customer ServiceГўв‚¬Вќ and I highly recommended this facility. IГўв‚¬в„ўm definitely staying long-term, and I also will recommend this to my family members. :)

Presley was super helpful and really nice with helping me get set up in my new unit. She even answered some questions I wouldn't even have thought to ask, and she was super honest with providing any information on the pricing changes. The building itself was really nice and well kept as well as super secure.

I decided it was finally time to move my junk out of my house and put it in storage and I’m so happy I did. Everyone was very nice especially the manager Presley. She answered every one of my questions. She even looked into a first responder discount for me! Overall very happy with the service and staff.

This place is has so far been the best storage unit that we have used. We use this place to store our business equipment. Presley in the office has been very helpful in getting everything setup and coming up with creative solutions when we run into a snag.
