Had to leave and get a pair of scissors and a knife to cut thru the zip tie to get into my storage unit, although it was accompanied by a nice welcome sticker! Probably could let people know about that when you rent. It was also really stuck due to the extreme weather but that’s not really your issue, just noting. It was hard to get the locking mechanism it line up due to the snow and ice.

Difficult to pay your bill online, the phones they call you from barely have any service so when they call and try to take your payment over the phone the call borderline drops. After all of this struggle to pay your bill the will tack on an outrageous late fee! I’m going to be clearing out my storage unit next week and finding a different company to do business with.

John, the facility manager, was very helpful with the move-out process. He answered all questions and assisted in getting my unit cleaned and ready for the next tenant.mm I’ll be back.

Very satisfied with my time using this storage facility. It’s a bit on the pricier side but it’s gated and management is communicate making the move in process simple and sustainable.
