First of all the customer service is awesome, Junie (I think) has a positive attitude even when it may be a hiccup. I did everything on line but could not find my unit after arriving, she took the time to show me while waiting on another client. Multitasking yes, both of us was pleased with her service. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly, personable, professional, and highly efficient. My experience could not have been more pleasant. I rented a 10 x 10 unit for less money than I was being charged for a 5 x 15 outdoor storage unit. Indoors is so much cleaner, the items stored in my outdoor unit were filthy and disgusting.
