I called to reserve a unit. I spoke to someone at a call center in another country. For me, that is the only reason they are not getting 5 stars. I want to talk to someone on location. I wanted to price check a 10x10 and a 10x15. The person was clearly reading from a prompt. I just wanted to know the price as she proceeded to finish her prompt asking me if my stuff would fit. Finally I received both prices, she sent me a text directing me to a link to book it. I did not do it right away and received a call from Heather within minutes. (On location) I had questions on location of the unit within the building, I went up there and she showed me the unit which was pretty far and there was a strange layout in the unit. She was able to secure a unit closer to the door for me the same day that was not chopped up like the other one. I was also able to book it that day online at a cheaper price point. The only other complaint I had was that to get the discount I had to book online which isn’t a problem. It was super easy and simple. But, it was a requirement to purchase a lock, which I already have my own. Later that day, Jeeda was able to return it for me. Although it was still not necessary in my opinion. Maybe give the option? Heather and Jeeda were both a great help! It’s frustrating when you call a place of business and ask questions about their product/service and they cannot tell you because they are just a puppet in another country.

I would like start by saying Jeeda is the type of person every employer should strive to have at their company. Jeeda was so informative, helpful and patient with me selecting the right size unit for my items. She made the decisions a lot less complicated and confusing. Thank you for hiring someone with her beautiful personality, she is very welcoming.

I’m very conflicted about this facility. I would have really liked to store my items here, however, there were some red flags. We moved some of our items into a storage unit in mid December, the move in process was easy and the indoor unloading area is great, as are the availability of carts. However, when we returned to our unit there was very clear evidence of moisture seeping through cracks in the floor and efflorescence. We were offered to move units, but the second unit had similar although less severe evidence of moisture. We also received two incorrect invoices for the new unit we were theoretically moving into. The ownership has taken zero responsibility or made any offer to make up for these serious issues with their facility. We ended up moving our things out of this facility because it would be foolish to keep our belongings here knowing there are moisture issues. Ownership has made no effort to reimburse us for our less than one month use of their facility and the extreme inconvenience of having to move our things again. Update: I received a generic “please reach out to us so we can assist with this issue” response to my review. I reached out, it’s been over one month and no response. Pathetic attempt by company to right the situation.

The place is clean and staff is very friendly Jeeda at Troy storage facility is absolutely amazing ! Friendly ,welcoming, she goes above and beyond to help and makes the whole process smooth. It’s such a pleasure interacting with her.
