We ended up in this place because we were moving stuff out of a POD which was housed nearby. Parts of Warren aren't great, but we felt safe here. The big garage doors were perfect for pulling in and loading up our U-Haul. The elevators and provided carts made quick work of the move. There is double security - both on the outside door and the interior door and elevators. The unloading bay was reasonably clean given the traffic in and out, and the interior was very tidy. I spoke at length with the manager, Robert. He helped by setting the garage doors to stay open while we were unloading for ventilation, etc , and loaned me a bathroom key before I hit the road. When we first arrived, he was very accommodating of our POD in the lot, even after a snow storm delayed the pickup for over a week. As we were leaving, e thanked us for our business several times and said we were good customers and welcome back. It's nice to be treated like humans!

I had a great experience getting a storage unit here. The property manager was friendly. This facility seems very secure. I like that you can pull your vehicle indoors, and it's secured by a garage door. I also like that there are carts inside to help you move your things. So far so good

Great customer service! The manager Robert was extremely helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. He went above and beyond. His help was truly appreciated. The facility was clean and well maintained. I feel comfortable storing my items here. I recommend this place to anyone.

The facility is clean and easy to find. Parking lot is big and if you have a POD there will be no problem having it delivered there. The manager Robert is nice, he called me ahead of my move-in day to let me know my POD had arrived and was secure. He walked me through getting to my unit including how to put the code in. They open the package of the lock that they give you, which personally I appreciated quite a bit because those plastic packages are impossible to open and I didn’t have any sharp objects to help me open it by myself. Garage is big and can fit two cars at once. You put the code in twice to get to where the units are so its very secure. Elevator is a good size for large items, but if any item doesn’t fit there are wide staircases as well. I have a large couch (8ft) and we got it up the stairs and to the unit with minimal issue. All in all a positive experience!
