I have been a tenant here for well over a year, and it has been one issue after another. From my unit door constantly malfunctioning to the staff being consistently unhelpful, this place is a headache. Most recently, I found mouse urine and droppings all over my belongings. When I called to report the health hazard, Ashley was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution, she gave me an attitude, told me I should have 'known' to ask for traps, and suggested I just file an insurance claim. It is unprofessional to charge customers for a storage space that isn't maintained and then treat them poorly when they report a pest infestation. If you want your items kept safe and to be treated with basic respect, do not store your things here. To top it all off, the pricing here is predatory. I started at $15/month, and they have hiked it up to $42/month for a unit that they clearly aren't maintaining. They are charging premium prices for a facility with broken doors and a rodent infestation. It feels like they trap you with a low rate and then gouge you once your belongings are inside. Between the unsanitary conditions, the constant maintenance issues, and Ashley’s terrible attitude, this place is not worth a penny, let alone the increased rent.

This place sucks. At any moment they can double your rent, which they did to me. Ive been trying to get in my unit for over 20 minutes and the help there offering isn't enough. This is honestly absurd. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Update to my post I was just told there's nothing they could do and that it's most likely my things inside causing the door not to work. Mind you nothing has changed in my unit since I moved in, and have been able to get in and out just fine prior to this. So I'm now paying for a unit where I don't have access to my things and being told that it could be quite sometime before they'll fix it and there's nothing they can do And quite frankly, the manager Has a nasty tone. 10/24 yet again after the problem was "fixed" i have no access to my unit again!!! I was just informed when i called that they were bought out earlier this week. No one notified us and now they have no answers for me and no one to get a hold of. I'm paying money not to be able to access this unit and I'm having stuff moved that I cannot move by myself at specific times and they're completely screwing me over yet again!! I hate this place so much, please don't rent here and save yourself a headache.

Had to cancel a wasted storage unit. Not these guys fault. They did it right. Just a waste of money on my end for somebody who didn't even use it. So mad. Lost money but again, not these guys fault

Do not store here!!!! This facility uses BLUTOOTH KEYLESS ENTRY. Meaning when there is a "malfunction" or a "loose wire" like there is right now with MY UNIT, YOU CAN NOT UNLOCK AND ACCESS YOUR STUFF. NO ONE HAS ANSWERS, NO ONE KNOWS How TO Unlock IT, AND MAINTENANCE CANT GET HERE FOR AT LEAST A WEEK. I just paid $137 YESTERDAY. ALL MY WORK CLOTHES AND WORK STUFF IS IN MY UNIT SO NOW IM LOSING MY JOB BECAUSE I CANT GET THE APPROPRIATE WORK ATTIRE AND MY JOB IS ZERO TOLERANCE. YOU THINK THIS PLACE CARES? NO! ITS BEEN ONE INCONVENIENCE AFTER ANOTHER. NO ONE WORKS ON THE PREMISES HERE. IT'S ALL REMOTE. LOOKS LIKE ILL BE TAKING THINGS INTO MY OWN HANDS AND I WANT MY MONEY BK I PD YESTERDAY AND IM MOVING OUT. ID HATE FOR ANYONE ELSE TO EXPIERIENCE THIS DISASTER SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Scammy business model. They hook you with a low rate of $66 a month. Then after a few months, they increase it to $92. It’s just rude, maybe after a year I could understand but come on…you’ll be losing a customer.
