4 star so far! It's only been 2 days since our rental so this could change to a 5 star. The website was very easy to use and got our unit right away. Once I submitted all the requirements I got the access code to the gate, a free lock and a very clean and dry unit! I feel good about my stuff being dry and secure here!
jose montijoNot a good experience. I literally purchased the storage unit today an the customer service lady must’ve given me the wrong permanent & temporary password . I literally have a load of furniture in the back of my truck because I couldn’t get gate access to get in before 10pm . Definitely need a just in case phone number or actually put an onsite person till the end of day .
