Just “moved in” today, 5/8/26. As of right now, a tentative 5 stars. That’s based off ease of renting online, tour of facility, the property managers customer service (Justin), amount of moving carts available (6), unit price, ability to pick unit, and 24 hour access to facility. I am aware of potential for rate increase, which I discussed with Justin, the property manager, and he did put my mind at ease. So we’ll see how it goes, facility seems modern, clean and accessible.

I can No Longer Keep My stuff at This Place Anymore! 2 months ago I was Told My unit was Auctioned but I received Nothing in the Mail At all! Then They Told me Oh No sorry it wasnt Baught at Auction! They Give NO Discounts to loyal customers at all instead they will Jack up The price of your Unit Every Month and will suck You dry in fees! I Do Not Recommend them at all! I just had to pay almost $700 for 2 months! My stuff is coming Out of their Facility! Last time I was There, I could tell someone was going through My belongings so I started taking out My expensive stuff out of there!

I’ve been here for a few years and recently switched to a bigger unit. The staff is amazing, and out of all the storage places I’ve rented from before, this one is by far the best. It’s easy to access, always clean, and the climate-controlled units are a huge plus. Everyone I���ve encountered here over the years—both staff and other renters—has been very pleasant. Not once have I ever had a break-in or anything stolen. I truly feel safe storing my belongings here and have never had any worries. The only small suggestion I have would be having bathroom access after hours. It’s really not a big deal since there’s a gas station across the parking lot, and I understand why they don’t allow it—it would just be a bit more convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this storage facility.
