A Plus Storage has worked out well for me. I needed a place to store my things and the process of getting my storage unit set up was quick and easy. Paying online is an easy process as well. I haven't had anything to complain about so far. Great experience.

When Randy was running the storage lot it was ran super good. Specially in the winter he always had the lot super clean with no ice. Rent was super reasonable and made it worth having one. Since the new ownership took over rent was raised three times, lot had so much ice all over couldn’t use it in the winter and communication was always issue. If you are a day late on rent you are locked out of the lot, and trying to do payment online was joke. So glad to be done with this company, wished it was still ran by Randy he was a down to earth guy that helped out.

Like most storage places, they hook you with a low rental number, then it goes up. As well, they have no one on site and auto pay isn't an option. You can pay electronically BUT they charge added fees so no to that! Unfortunately, there are times, personally, when getting to the unit on a timely basis to drop off the monthly payment has been challenged. If you are even one day past, your account is suspended and you can't get in the gate to drop a payment. If you call, a gal named "Tina" is pretty active to open the gate remotely BUT she isn't always available and that is understandable. However, when you call the emergency number or a secondary number I've found, there is NEVER an answer and only once has anyone returned a call. Terrible customer service

Nice size units, quick response on phone calls and changes on accounts. Only a 1 month notice needed. I felt very comfortable with my belongings being there. Located in a very visible and easily accessible area in oak grove. Nice driveway and always cleared when I would get things from my unit. Priced reasonably for the area.
