I couldn’t be happier with my storage unit! The facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. I really appreciate that they provide top-quality, heavy-duty locks, which gives me extra peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. The customer service has been outstanding from the very beginning—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. Overall, this has been a fantastic experience, and I feel confident storing my items here. I will definitely be renting here for a long time and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed storage unit.

The online registration did not work. I was able to get set up over the phone. Had some problems getting my gate code to work the first time and could not reach an Acorn team member for a bit. After a couple of hours Kay was able to generate a new code and I was able to get in. The facility is very nice and I am comfortable with storing my stuff here. Edit: Dropping a star as the Acorn staff is not returning my calls concerning required insurance. Last edit: Sara from Acorn was able to resolve my insurance issue. This is a nice, clean, affordable and secure facility.
