Billed me after i moved out and cant get ahold of anyone after multiple calls, messages, and emails over the past week! Still ongoing! The process started fine, wanted a place to store my car for the winter. Then when I called to move out, I was told that it was written down that I was leaving before the next months rent. He said if no one was there, to leave the key in the drop box. No one was there, so I did as told. I am still receiving bill alerts and today they have charged me for another month. I have placed multiple calls, and emails to both their contact page and their email over the past week trying to verify that i was removed from their system. I would not recommend using this storage facility.

I tried for many days to contact someone at the facility. Left many messages until Mailbox was full. Finally got a call back from someone who told me that the person quit without notice. The guy walked me through the process over the phone (which was good). I went to the facility and I was told that there was a little green tag on the lock and once I twisted it open the keys would be on the inside. I got to the storage unit and the unit assigned was locked. I went a couple doors down and opened the unit and found two people laying on a mattress on the floor. I shut the door and called the facility and told them that unit assigned was locked. I did finally get my storage unit but then I had gate issues. Having to climb over the fence to punch in the code. Hoping your move in experience goes better than mine did.

I used this storage facility for approximately 8 months. Kyle was excellent at customer service and the bonus about this place is that it is also offers U-Haul services. Once it was time to move out, I used the U-Haul also. Conveniently located near Red Wing, MN.

I have never rented a storage unit before so I had tons of questions about the units and the rental process. Kyle was so patient with me and made sure to answer all of my questions. He even showed me several different sizes of storage units available so I'd be more confident when deciding which size I needed. I mentioned that I was also looking for a Uhaul to rent to transport my stuff to the storage unit, and Kyle told me that he has several Uhauls on site. It made everything so easy and convenient! You can tell that Kyle takes pride in his storage units because they are all very clean and well maintained. He also has the best rates in the area! There are security cameras all over the property so you can feel confident that your stuff will be safe there. Overall, I highly recommend Blue Sky Storage and talking with Kyle about all of your storage needs!
