First time renting a storage unit due to having to sell my current home and rent a one level apartment due to recent medical issues. I found the leasing agent very knowledgeable in helping me pick out the right size storage unit and going over the terms of the month to month leasing agreement. I found the storage unit very clean and like the security aspect for entry into getting into my individual unit. The storage location is also close to my current apartment. I would recommend this storage facility to others.

We've been renting here for a few years. Have had nothing but positive experiences. We are very happy with Kerri and Lyle at the counter. They are very helpful to answer any questions we may have. We also love that you can rent UHauls right here!!!! We have used that perk a few times now.

Acorn is a great place! Personnel are great. Space worked out very well for me. Although I know rates are competitive.. price was very high when compared to boat storage locations. Also, space could have been cleaner….All in all still a happy customer. Steve from Woodbury

The woman with the overgrown pixie cut locked us in the property gates OUTSIDE for 45 minutes in 10 degree weather and when we started yelling to be let out, they came out and shamed us. No apologies. No acknowledgement of mistreatment. Nothing. I'm shaking from hypothermia and they're shaking from anger. Why are they angry at us that they left us out there for 45 minutes? That would be disgusting behavior coming from any human being, but it's much worse coming from a customer service worker who just sits around and does nothing all day until someone shows up wanting keys Edit: the owner reply is lying, it's been months and no one has reached out to me at all

This wonderful place has multiple cameras and push button access and regress. For outside storage, the buildings are placed in such a way that they're real. Easy to get a vehicle into and out of if that's your hobby. Unexpected amenities like lighting and an electrical outlet on each building. Even at the lower price, we're an unexpected gift . I only encountered two minor issues that the office staff took care of immediately. And every means of payment are accepted. The insurance is really cheap and help.S keep it off your homeowner's policy, though I never used it
