Dave WI've used Extra Space Storage for about 3 years now (20X10 and 5X10). The facility is kept clean, with elevators, stairs, access code, mobile app, loading carts, bathroom and the staff is attentive. The rear entrance is a bit awkward getting into but not bad by any means, the front is very easy to access. All units are located inside and climate controlled with no "drive up" access. There have been some rate increases over the years, but If you call, they work with you.
