This is the cleanest storage place I've ever seen. The only thing that's junky is MY STUFF inside the unit. Hunter manages the Outlet like a true pro and lease agreements come by DocuSign, easy peasy. They even sell the appropriate locks with 2 keys at the same price ACE Hardware sells them. If you are storing for someone who's, say, in the hospital or went to Assisted Living, Extra Space's Legal team will send the right docs for that person to sign. No need for a Power of Attorney, I'm pretty sure (though I already had two in place). The Firm's straightforward Policy, based on Minnesota Law is the property of the OWNER must be on the Lease Agreement and then you add yourself as one allowed access to the unit. I even had a Junk Squad Team allowed access on mine, that's the kind mess I was storing... pretty dumb, really ~ so me and Hub cleaned it down to just the keeper stuff. Right off the Crosstown (62) @ Baker Road is a perfect location for all the western suburbs. Can't tell ya how happy I've been with them ! Give them a ring and Hunter or one of his nice assistants will give you the lowdown. 👏🏽🥳

Danielle and Hana were great. They made the process easy and fast. I love this place because it is by far the cleanest facility. The lighting awesome, the price was the best vs. any other storage facility in and around Chaska, Chanhassen, Eden Prairie, or Minnetonka.

We recently contacted Hunter, the manager at the Minnetonka location, to renew the lease on our unit. Hunter was friendly and personable, and we have been quite happy with the facility. It is well-maintained and very clean, access is easy, and the customer service is really good.
