My interaction with Emily (site...

My interaction with Emily (site manager) was very satisfying. The unit I rented was not cleaned out properly and she had it ready within an hour. Having had a previous rental and needing to upgrade to a larger unit,I needed to move to another unit that opened up across the hall, I was impressed that she remembered my name and storage unit number. All good

All good. Staff is friendly and service minded. The back open lot could use some sweeping. Pieces of rubber, glass, and other things are in the parking lot.
