The owner of Gopher State Storage portrays excellent customer service skills. I called this storage unit at 8pm hoping that they had available units, since the one that I had reserved did not answer the phone when I called to tell them I am driving a moving truck and I am 2 hours away. The owner told me that he had a unit for me and he could set everything up right there and then . Since they were closed , He would grant me permission to open the doors and I could take my time to unlpad my belonging when I got into town. This last month , I switched banks ro the one in town for convince, and forgot to. Change banks in my automatic payments with gopher. Again the owner text me to tell me he had not gotten payment yet flr this month. I was apologetic and gave him my new babk card . He was kind and appreciative to get payment. I was not charged a late fee. I woukd recommend Gopher State Stotage. A place you can trust your most precious belongings.

Ive been renting a storage unit here since 2018! Great service and great units with unit protection. This company takes wonderful care of their units and has very helpful and kind customer service! When I had a billing issue on my end after I replaced my debit card, Jerry was great and so helpful! He sent me the link to make a payment with my new card and gave amazing service. Thank you Jerry!
