-24/7 access is a monthly charge of 38.00 per month.
-Electricity is an additional charge
-All renters are required to carry insurance on their belongings/vehicles, proof is required or we have it available for purchase
-Vehicles must come prepared with a copy of their title
37 admin fee every rental
-Outdoor parking there is an additional 32 outdoor management fee and 12 tag fee non refundable

Our promotional pricing is competitive and we will BEAT competitor pricing. Some specials you are required to pay the 2nd month with it. All additional fees are due upon move in. If you have any questions about our specials, please call the facility manager directly
