Theresa was super nice! When we came in we didn’t know the unit number or remember where the unit was. She took the time to show us and even wrote it down and explain the app to us. She was extremely friendly and overall took our stress away instantly! 10/10 recommend she is amazing thank you so much again for your kindness and patience!

Clean, well lit, and in a convenient space. The reason for a four star review is that something always tends to be broken - either one of the two gates or the garage door. Things happen, but it takes months (6+ in some instances) before they are fixed. Would recommend despite this issue.

Had a very seamless experience here. Emily took care of me from start to finish and made moving things in and out extremely user-friendly. I cleared my unit out after business hours and expected to have to go back again another day to officially “check out”, but instead received a text from Emily saying my move-out was complete. I was very impressed with how on top of it she was! And so glad I didn’t have to make an extra trip back! Definitely recommend :)

Excellent storage place, very clean and in a nice location. App is easy to use, and access is easy with their app. Just had an issue today with my storage not opening, and Teresa (employee) took care of it right away.
